Parking Information:

Sterling Staggs - – Parking is limited to the marked parking spaces; parking on either side of Route 17 is prohibited at all times. If all marked parking spaces are filled, please park on adjoining side streets. No parking is permitted on the access road at Sterling Staggs Park. There are approximately 40+ marked parking spaces available.

Memorial Park – There is 100+ parking spaces available.Users of this permit agree to assume all risk and/or injury arising from or out of the use of the premises for which the permit is granted. You are responsible for cleaning up the shelter area before leaving the park, however if the City if required to clean up, besides the norm, the permit holder will be billed for the cost of the cleaning.

OTHER PARK RULES:

• Park opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at dusk.
• No glass containers are allowed in the Park.
• No willful destruction of equipment or turf.
• No disorderly conduct of any kind.
• Reservation of shelter house does not guarantee the usage of any other facility in the Park such as basketball courts, volleyball court or ball-fields.
• No signs of any sort can be taped, stapled, or attached to any posts, poles, etc. within the Park.
• Alcoholic beverages are ONLY permitted under the shelter.

*THE CITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO NULLIFY ANY RESERVATION, AT ANY TIME, FOR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. SHOULD THIS OCCUR, THE CITY WILL REFUND THE PERMIT FEE.
