Q: How do I reserve a shelter? A: To reserve a shelter you must fill out an application and submit it along with the appropriate fee to the Parks and Recreation department. You can use the link to the right of this page to download and print a copy of the application now. If you still require further assistance please call the office @ 859-356-6264. Q:What is the reservation process for the shelters? A: Shelters are rented on a first come - first served basis. Please fill out an application and send it in. For an Application - Click Here Q: For what reasons can shelters be rented? A: Shelters are most commonly rented for birthday party's or family get togethers but may can be rented for nearly reason. Q: What Parks can I rent a shelter in? A: Currently there are two (2) parks renting shelters. These are Memorial Park and Sterling Staggs Park. Q: Do I need a permit? A: YES! Q: What does it cost to reserve a shelter? A: Each Shelter at Sterling Staggs park is $35 and the shelter at Memorial park is $50. |
