- Zoning Update (update current city zoning to allow for land uses suggested in the Small Area Study)
- Historic Preservation (Downtown revitalization & promotion; identify and determine guidelines for other historic properties, features & events within the city)
- City Beautification (way finding, tree board, other landscaping, clean-ups, etc.)
